The copycat WORLD tokens problem, and how to avoid them

As World's name recognition grew, so did the number of tokens calling themselves "WORLD" across various chains. None of them are confirmed as official. World's public materials describe a prediction market protocol not a token launch.

What to actually check

• Does the claim come from @world_xyz or world.xyz directly, not a reply guy or a "team member" account?
• Is anyone asking you to buy a token to "get in early" on World? That's not how the product works.
• Are you being asked to connect a wallet somewhere that isn't world.xyz or the official Phantom integration?
